The room sink design leads to water splashing on the counter!!! The toilet paper holder placement is awkward, making it hard to reach!!! Also, the hotel heat was unbearable, leaving no option for comfort!!!

Had a fun time here for 1 night. The bright colored lights in my Small Double Room were a nice touch, really set the mood! Staff was super friendly and helped me get my wallet back when I left it in the safe. Breakfast was alright too, not bad at all. The room was kinda small for the price tho.

Consider requesting additional drawer space if you have larger luggage. it really helped us stay organized during our trip.

Our four-night stay exceeded expectations! The spacious Comfort King Room was spotless. We loved the short walk to nearby attractions. The on-site restaurant served delightful meals, and the complimentary iPhone was a unique touch for exploring. Tip, Take advantage of the convenient shuttle service to the airport.

I loved my stay at Best Western Premier in Rome. The location, just across from Termini Station, allowed easy access to the city's treasures. The breakfast spread amazed me, and my room had a lovely view that enhanced my appreciation of Roman art. A minor drawback was the occasional elevator wait during busy hours.

The location is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk from Termini station. Our Comfort Twin Room was spacious and modern, featuring a comfy bed, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The breakfast was a big hit, with fresh pastries and a variety of fruits. The fitness center had great equipment too.

Oh, the breakfast spread was a feast for the senses, and the staff were so friendly that you felt like family! Plus, being right next to Termini made sightseeing a breeze.

First night, the air conditioning flopped. warm outside made for a restless sleep. Also, the view was just other rooms, not the bustling streets filled with character you'd hope for.

We were extremely disappointed with our experience. The check-in time was supposed to be at 2 PM, but our room wasn't ready until 4 PM, which was frustrating. Upon entering the room, we found little ants everywhere, and when we tried to call the front desk for help, there was no response. After going down to the lobby to report the issue, we were told they would handle it while we were away for dinner, but it only worsened our sleepless night. This was not the comfortable experience we were expecting.
